Fulfillment Policy
Before ordering, we encourage you to explore the DeepRoots website to learn about the curriculum. If you have any questions, reach out to your Ambassador or contact customer support at info@deeprootsbible.com. To try the curriculum before placing an order, you can request a sample unit. You can also sign up for a free 30-minute virtual tour with one of our Ambassadors.
Payment Policy
Once your order has been placed, your Ambassador will provide current payment methods. All payments must be made in US dollars. DeepRoots Bible, Inc. is PCI compliant.
Order Processing Policy
Customers will receive access to the online curriculum within one to ten business days after DeepRoots Bible, Inc. receives 1) payment for the order and 2) customer information for account creation and setup. Licenses provide access to the website for one year and do not automatically renew.
Delivery Policy
Online access will be delivered electronically. As we are a digital curriculum, we do not ship materials.
Cancellation Policy
Prior to payment and access to the online curriculum, any order can be canceled within 24 hours of being placed by contacting us at info@deeprootsbible.com.
Return and Refund Policy
All sales are final. Due to their digital format, our products cannot be returned. Refunds are not available, but we are committed to doing whatever we can to make your experience with the DeepRoots Bible curriculum a success. If you are experiencing issues with your order, please contact your Ambassador. Many concerns can be resolved through video conference or phone call assistance. We are here to help you!
